The People Behind the Mission
Over the past 30 years, Gary Viles has worked in the medical technology field of neurological rehabilitation. His responsibilities span product development, commercial launch, operations, and executive management.
Gary’s experience includes assisting in the launch of 7 different exoskeletons and multiple functional electrical stimulation (FES) technologies around the globe. He served as Global Director of Sales and Operations at Innovative Neurotronics, Founder of Innovative Medical Technologies, and Vice President of Commercial Operations for the Americas at Wandercraft.
Today, he leads Neuro Rehab Recovery with a clear mission: make advanced neuro recovery accessible, practical, and clinically effective.
Vanessa holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Commercial Engineering from Nur University. Her career spans commercial roles at Covimor Tractor Parts and Nestlé Chocolate, followed by a pivotal move into healthcare.
She previously served as LATAM Business Manager for Innovative Medical Technologies and General Manager of WellBeHealth Neurological Physical Therapy Center — giving her direct insight into the clinical needs that drive NRR’s mission.
Currently, Vanessa serves as Marketing Director of Neuro Rehab Recovery and LATAM Business Manager, overseeing the company’s brand strategy and Latin American operations.
