Gary Viles is an exceptional leader in the neurorehabilitation technology sector, with over 30 years of experience as a medical device executive, managing director, and consultant. With an academic background in physiology and a career spanning hospital administration, rehabilitation center ownership, and neurotech leadership, he brings a unique and deeply informed perspective to every initiative he undertakes. Gary’s leadership is characterized by his ability to guide diverse teams and build lasting networks — even in the most demanding market environments.
Throughout his career, Gary has established himself as a pioneer in bringing innovative neurorehabilitation technologies to market. His work with industry leaders including Medtronic Neurological, Johnson & Johnson Neuromodulation, and Bioness reflects a track record of overcoming the operational, regulatory, and clinical challenges that define global commercial launches. As Managing Director of Innovative Neurotronics for over a decade, he led the successful introduction of the WalkAide II, G-Walk, and ReWalk — bringing 12+ technologies to market across 50+ countries.
As Neuro Rehab Recovery expands its presence across North America and Latin America, Gary’s leadership is pivotal in driving the company’s growth. His expertise spans neuromodulation, functional electrical stimulation, exoskeleton technology, and wearable therapeutics. Gary founded Neuro Rehab Recovery with a clear vision: to build a company that delivers multiple clinical solutions — innovative, accessible, and affordable — supported by the hands-on clinical education that makes them work in the real world, for every patient who needs them.
Over the past 30 years, Gary Viles has worked in the medical technology field of neurological rehabilitation. Gary’s responsibilities include product development, commercial launch, operations, and executive management.
Gary’s experience includes assisting in the launch of 7 different exoskeletons and multiple functional electrical stimulation technologies around the globe. His experience also includes being the Global Director of Sales and Operations at Innovative Neurotronic, Founder of Innovative Medical Technologies, Vice President of Commercial Operations for the Americas at Wandercraft, and currently the Chief Technology Officer and Founder of Neuro Rehab Recovery.
Vanessa has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and commercial engineering from Nur University. She brings over 20 years of marketing and sales experience to Neuro Rehab Recovery, including deep expertise in the medical technology market.
Her experience includes commercial roles at Covimor Tractor Parts and Nestlé Chocolate. More recently, she served as LATAM Business Manager for Innovative Medical Technologies and General Manager of WellBeHealth Neurological Physical Therapy Center, giving her direct insight into the clinical needs that drive NRR’s mission.
Currently, Vanessa is the Co-Founder, Marketing Director, and LATAM Business Manager of Neuro Rehab Recovery, where she oversees the company’s brand strategy, operational processes, and market positioning.
