· We can provide some of the necessary documentation to help you seek reimbursement from your insurance provider independently. This includes clinical support information and a letter of medical necessity template for your doctor or rehab therapist.

2. Have your healthcare provider review, edit, complete and sign the document and submit to your insurance along with any rehab treatment notes and some supporting clinical studies that we can also provide.

3. Submit to your insurance provider along with equipment invoices

4. Follow up with your insurance company for reimbursement status

Insurance claims must be submitted by the client directly to their insurance provider. We provide documentation to help you make the process as smooth as possible, while respecting the client’s responsibility for the final outcome.

Most of the NRR technologies are cash pay technologies, but we have priced them at affordable levels for clinic and patient acquisition. In most cases we are less than half the price of the competition.
